Privacy Policy
NIFEX AI is an AI assistant service at ai.nifesskinsz.com, operated by Nifess-Kinsz Company Limited, Abuja, Nigeria (RC 8426206) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Information we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
- What you send to the assistant. Your messages, the files you upload and the replies you receive, so that you can see your chat history.
- Usage information. When you signed up and last used the service, how many messages you send, your plan, and basic technical details such as your browser type and IP address, used for security and to enforce plan limits.
- Payment information. If you buy a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment provider (Paystack). We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the plan. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To answer your requests and keep your chat history and files available to you.
- To apply your plan's limits and manage subscriptions.
- To send important notices about the service, such as changes to these terms.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service running reliably.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
To generate replies, your messages and any files you attach are sent to the AI model provider that powers the feature you use (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or DeepSeek), either directly or through OpenRouter, a service that connects us to these providers. These providers process the content only to produce the reply, under their own terms for business customers. Do not send information you are not comfortable sharing with an AI service.
Who can see your data
Your chats are private to your account. Our administrators can see your account details (name, email, plan, sign-up date and usage figures) to run the service, but not the content of your conversations, unless you ask us for help with a specific chat or the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers used by our hosting provider. Connections to the service are encrypted with HTTPS, and sign-in uses secure session cookies. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and chats while your account is active. You can delete individual chats at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and chats within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To do so, email us at the address below. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
NIFEX AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
