Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use NIFEX AI at ai.nifesskinsz.com, a service operated by Nifess-Kinsz Company Limited, Abuja, Nigeria (RC 8426206). By signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity on your NIFEX AI account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Plans and payments
- Every new account starts on the Free plan, which has usage limits shown in the app.
- Paid plans give higher limits or extra features. Prices are shown in naira before you pay, and payments are processed by Paystack.
- Paid plans last for the period you pay for. Cancellations, plan changes and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- We may change plan prices or limits. Changes to a paid plan take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use NIFEX AI to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate others;
- create or share sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
- try to get around plan limits, share your account to avoid them, or disrupt or attack the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AI output
Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself, and do not rely on NIFEX AI as a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use what it produces.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send and the replies you receive. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Availability
We work to keep NIFEX AI available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the service develops.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nifess-Kinsz Company Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using NIFEX AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
